Refund policy

AS TRADER we are committed to delivering export-quality seat covers for cars and heavy bikes. Customer satisfaction is our priority for both Pakistan and international orders.

📦 Returns:

Pakistan: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
International: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible:
Product must be unused and not installed
Must be in original packaging
Provide order number + product images/video.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made / made-to-order seat covers
Used, installed, or damaged items
Products damaged due to incorrect installation.

💸 Refunds:

After inspection, refund will be processed within:
3–5 working days (Pakistan)
7–10 working days (International)

Refund Methods:

Pakistan: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash
International: Bank Transfer / Wise / Payoneer.

🔄 Exchanges:

We only offer exchange if:
Wrong item delivered
Defective or damaged product received
👉 Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping:

Pakistan:
Customer pays return shipping
If error is from our side → we cover all charges
International:
Customer bears return shipping + customs charges
In case of our mistake → replacement or compensation provided
🌍 International Orders (Important)
Delivery time: 7–15 working days
Customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes (if applicable).
